This guide takes you from connecting a repository to reviewing your first managed-agent PR. Managed agents require a plan with AI credits.
1. Connect a repository
Open Settings → Integrations → GitHub and install the Veflow GitHub app on the repository you want to use. This gives agents access to read code, create branches, and open PRs.
You can also connect Linear, Jira, or ClickUp if your tasks already live there.
2. Create a task
Choose New task in the topbar or press c. Describe what should change, why it matters, and how you'll check the result.
Include any constraints the agent might not find in the code, such as compatibility requirements or work that is out of scope.
3. Pick an agent and run it
Choose Atlas for full-stack work, Nova for backend and systems, or Orion for APIs and infrastructure. Then select Start.
Follow progress in the task thread. The agent plans the work, edits on a branch, runs checks, and opens a PR. It may stop with a question or need help with a failed check.
When the PR is ready, read the diff and open an available preview. Request changes if needed, then merge when you're satisfied and the required checks pass.
