Credits, explained

1 credit ≈ a unit of agent work on a Sonnet-class model. Tasks routed to heavier models (Opus class) cost more credits per run; lighter ones (Haiku class) cost less. Average tasks land around 30 credits; bigger jobs cost more, trivial ones cost less.

Common questions

What counts as a credit?

1 credit ≈ one unit of Sonnet-class agent work. Tasks routed to heavier models cost more credits; lighter ones cost less. The average task is around 30 credits; bigger jobs cost more, trivial ones cost less.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Top up with a $50 / 500-credit pack anytime, or upgrade your tier. Plan credits reset each billing cycle; top-up packs stay valid for 60 days, so a mid-month pack carries you across the reset.

What's the cloud IDE and how is it billed?

An in-browser editor plus a hot-reloading live preview, running in an isolated cloud container: no localhost, no setup. It's a paid feature, included from Starter up; Free has none. Metered in active hours per seat, separate from credits: Starter includes 30 hrs/mo, Team 100 hrs/mo, and Pro is unlimited (fair-use). Hard stop at the cap, no surprise overage, and idle sessions sleep after 30 minutes so they don't burn your hours.

Can I bring my own LLM keys?

On Enterprise, yes: inference hits your provider account directly and you pay zero markup. On Starter, Team, and Pro you use Veflow credits, which include the inference markup.

Is there a free trial?

Free is the trial. The Free plan gives you the task manager, roadmap, cycles, code explorer, and the desktop ADE with your own coding agent, forever, no credit card. When you're ready for managed agents to plan and ship code, plus the cloud IDE, live previews, and two-way sync, upgrade to Starter ($19/mo). Cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel from the customer portal, no calls, no friction. You can also downgrade to Free and keep your data.

Can I switch tiers later?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

How do taxes and invoices work?

Payments are processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record. They handle VAT/sales tax in your country and issue compliant invoices automatically.
