Credits, explained

Credits cover managed-agent model usage. The amount depends on the model, task size, and work performed. A typical medium task uses around 30 credits; actual usage varies.

Use your own coding agent on desktop for zero Veflow credits. If you choose Veflow-managed AI, credits apply even when the agent runs on your machine. Cloud workspace hours are billed separately from AI credits.

Common questions

What counts as a credit?

Credits cover the model usage of managed agents. Different models and task sizes use different amounts. A typical medium task uses around 30 credits.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Top up with a $50 / 500-credit pack anytime, or upgrade your tier. Plan credits reset each billing cycle; top-up packs stay valid for 60 days, so a mid-month pack carries you across the reset.

What's the cloud IDE and how is it billed?

The cloud IDE includes a browser editor and a runtime for supported web projects. Starter includes 30 hours per month, Team 100 hours per seat, and Pro unlimited hours under fair use. Hours are separate from AI credits. Idle sessions sleep after 30 minutes, and capped plans stop at the allowance.

Can I bring my own LLM keys?

On Enterprise, yes: inference hits your provider account directly and you pay zero markup. On Starter, Team, and Pro you use Veflow credits, which include the inference markup.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan includes solo desktop use with your own agent, plus task management within Free plan limits. Managed AI and cloud environments start with Starter at $19/month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the customer portal or downgrade to Free and keep your data.

Can I switch tiers later?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

How do taxes and invoices work?

Payments are processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record. They handle VAT/sales tax in your country and issue compliant invoices automatically.
